Aldivia Who are we?
We are a group of young professionals with an excellent portfolio ranging from single-family homes to industrial complexes. We offer preliminary design services, renovations that revitalize spaces, and marketing strategies that highlight each project. Thanks to our experience in the field and the tools we've been trained in, our team can work on international projects from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Each member brings a unique perspective based on their experience, allowing us to approach architectural challenges with creativity and efficiency.

What are we looking for?
“I remember the first time I presented a significant project, a multifamily housing complex with amenities. Conveying my vision to the client was a challenge, as simple graphical representations do not always capture the essence of the design. That's when I decided to create a set of detailed sheets, which included plans, internal and external photographs, possible decorations, specific functions of each element, as well as the potential advantages and disadvantages of the project.
These sheets were not only a comprehensive study, but a way to effectively communicate the entire vision of the project. This approach was key, as the client was able to easily understand the proposal and, thanks to this effort, the project was approved in record time.
What do I want to convey with this experience? The importance of small details. We understand that each person has a unique vision, which is why we strive to carefully capture each idea. My goal is for each client to know the possibilities that a simple idea offers and how we can develop their needs using our distinctive elements. From the preliminary project to the final sale, we are committed to guiding and materializing each vision in a comprehensive and successful manner.”

We use your plans to create a virtual model of your project.
3D draft with materiality
All data sent to the 3D model is applied to it.
Pattern approval
The last details and modifications are placed to your liking to move on to the final phase.
Rendered
The model is rendered and we make visual corrections to the photograph.
Visits to works/units
Virtual meeting
The work to be carried out, fees, what is sought to be achieved, points to highlight in the work and dates of visits are discussed.
Material collection
On the agreed date we will be taking the necessary data to digitize it and be able to work remotely.
Edition, effects, sound and export
The quality and details of the data collection will be improved, we gather the data in its proper platform, forming a scene to later export it in the chosen format. ready to use
