Video and Image Rendering

Resolution

The resolutions we work with are: HD 720px – Full HD 1080px – Ultra HD 4k – Ultra HD 8k. Once the image or video has been sent, the work is considered finished, except for having agreed on possible modifications, of which the cost is established by contract before starting the work. If you want to change the final resolution, this will be affected at an extra cost for modification outside of the contract.

3D modeling

If you already have a 3D model of your project we can work with them, otherwise we carry out the modeling from a DWG plan which has an extra price for the work. Depending on the status of the file, it will be taken as "suitable for work", "corrections needed" or "unusable for work". All corrections made to the DWG file will carry a cost for extra work. You must take into account the provision of digitized plans, since working with plans on paper will have a higher price.

Using 3D Modeling Libraries

The company uses elements from the SketchUp 3D Sandbox and the library Chaos Cosmos for the creation of architectural models and renders. Any furniture, decorative element or vegetation that is not included in these libraries will not be modeled by default. If the incorporation of customized elements or elements outside of these resources is required, the client must request it in advance and said service will have an additional cost, which will be budgeted according to the complexity of the model.

Files to receive

We work based on and from projects expressed in ACAD 2D, REVIT 2D AND 3D, 3D MAX and SKETCHUP 3D, we remember that 2D projects will be quoted separately for 3D modeling.

Amount

Once the contract is closed, changes that modify the deed on a large scale will not be accepted, remembering that once the contract is closed, our team begins to work. Any corrections, manipulations or additions after closing the contract will be quoted as extra costs upon completion of the work. Deliveries, work deadlines and delays

Reviews

Designs

Taxes and Expenses

Norms and Value of Plans

Those works specified in the Work Budget document are totally unrelated to a professional firm and the company does not undertake to comply with any regulations related to construction. The execution of the material provided by the company to the client is the total responsibility of said client.

Those works specified by a Work Contract under legal authority are subject to the national and provincial regulations where said contract is signed.

Quantity and Type of Plans

The quantity and type of plans to be delivered will be detailed in the agreed budget. Any addition to what is specified in the budget will have an additional cost, which will be added later to the final budget.

Exclusion of Liability

The purchase or payment of a plan is not linked to the mandatory delivery of another plan that is not detailed in the budget with its respective value, whether complementary or not.

The Company is not responsible for surveys carried out by third parties, nor for printing or scale errors.

Client Responsibilities

Applicant users

To access job postings, interested parties must register on the platform. Registration requires a valid email address, which will be used to provide exclusive access to job postings, share exclusive blog content within the platform, and send notifications about new job openings or system updates.

Client Tenderer Registration

To post job opportunities on the platform, users must have a Client Bidder Registration. Obtaining this registration is subject to direct registration payment. Users must demonstrate verifiable experience in the construction field and meet the standards of quality, technical knowledge, and professional integrity defined by the Company. Acceptance is subject to review and validation by the administrative team. The Client Bidder Registration does not grant any type of exclusivity or ownership over the platform or its functions.

Payments

Accepted forms of payment

Delivery times

Work Delivery

All services and/or products that the Company offers will not be delivered until one hundred percent of the payment appears in the final budget has been confirmed. Cancellations
